- How does per-member billing work?
- You pay €2 per month for each member of your organization. Four members, for example, is €8 per month. Add or remove members at any time and your bill adjusts automatically.
- What counts as a member?
- Anyone with access to your organization — the owner and every collaborator you invite. Pending invitations don't count until they're accepted.
- Are the storage and AI limits per person?
- No. Both the 2 GB image storage and the 100,000 monthly AI tokens belong to the organization as a whole, and everyone on your team shares the same pool.
- What happens when we reach a limit?
- AI features pause for the rest of the month once you reach 100,000 tokens, then reset at the start of the next month. For storage, you'll need to free up space before uploading more images.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. You can cancel your subscription whenever you like from your billing settings — there's no long-term commitment.
